Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data we process when running the bungalovkvetoslavov.sk website (the sale of a family house in Kvetoslavov), for what purpose and for how long, and what rights you have.
DRAFT (23 September 2026) — before launch, the controller must be added, the retention periods confirmed and the text reviewed. This is a translation; in case of doubt, the Slovak version prevails.

What data we process and why
“Book a viewing” form: name, email, phone number (optional), topic and message text. Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and arrange a viewing of the house. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. We keep the data for no longer than 24 months from the last contact. TO BE COMPLETED/confirm the period.
Open house registration: name, email, phone number, number of people, the chosen time and an optional note. Purpose: to book your viewing time, send you a confirmation with a calendar invitation and contact you if anything changes. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. You can cancel your registration at any time using the link in the confirmation email. We keep the data for no longer than 12 months from the open house. TO BE COMPLETED/confirm the period.
Technical data recorded when you submit a form (your IP address as an unreadable hash, the time of submission, your browser, where you came from and the campaign parameters in the address) are used to protect against spam and to evaluate which campaign generated interest.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies only with your consent, which we collect through the consent banner. Until you give consent, analytics stays switched off (Consent Mode).
Once you consent, we may use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to measure traffic. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time.
Processors and recipients of data
Supabase (database, servers in the EU), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting), Google (analytics only with your consent; the directions button opens Google Maps outside this website). The neighbourhood map on the website is our own image made from OpenStreetMap data and sends no data to anyone when it is displayed. TO BE COMPLETED according to the actual setup, possibly Meta when the campaign launches.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object, and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
